Is finally here! Our first ever under 18’s rave is finally on it's after a mega high demand and successful events across the UK. We’ve had to do our first biggest under 18's event in.....Sheffield! We’ll be coming on Friday 28th March at FORGE warehouse in Sheffield. You don’t want to miss this one! We have a very big show in store for you guys!

Safety is our number one priority at Bassline Takeover. We operate a zero tolerance towards drugs/alcohol policy.

No tickets can be refunded or exchanged

Rules & Security

Tightly ran strict security teams will be working throughout the event.
Sniffer dogs and handlers will be present before entry
Everyone entering the venue will be breathalyzed
Anyone attending our events with alcohol, drugs or turning up intoxicated will be refused entry.
Bag searches & pat downs will be carried out on every customer entering the event. This is a condition of entry. No search, no entry.
Online tickets only! Strictly no tickets will be available for purchase at the venue.
This event is non refundable after purchase.

CHILD SAFETY

Here at Bassline Takeover, we take the safety of our customers very seriously. We want the children that experience our events to have fun in a safe and controlled environment. In order to provide this safe space, we have many different processes that we go through, before, during and after the event.

This event is Strictly for Under 18's.
No alcohol will be on view or shown in fridges at our event and therefore covered up.
Once you enter the event you will not be able to leave to go to the shops, mcdonalds etc, we have a designated supervised outdoor area where you can get fresh air, but if you wonder off outside that area through the main entrance even for a second, you will not be allowed back into the event. Parents should be informed by you where possible upon collection that you chose to you leaving the event.
All staff, Performers and Artists are DBS checked and hold a vast amount of qualifications to ensure the maximum safety to children attending including First Aid, Safeguarding Children, Under Age Sales Prevention & much more.
We suggest that all parents / guardians collect their children from the venue.
At the end of the night we have a dispersal policy in place. Security staff will be in and outside of the venue ensuring a safe and smooth exit for everyone.
We treat all children like their our own therefore WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE TO BULLYING AT OUR EVENTS! ANYONE FOUND TO BE BULLYING, FIGHTING OR VANDALISING THE VENUE WILL BE EJECTED, ARRESTED & BARRED FROM ALL FUTURE EVENTS!
We will also not tolerate any abuse to our staff. Any person found abusing staff will be ejected and permanently barred from the venue. We may call the Police for assistance if required to protect our staff and customer.

What do I do if I haven't received my e-tickets?

If, for whatever reason you have not received your e-tickets via email, please contact our Customer Engagement team by submitting your query to info@basslinetakeover.com Please provide your order number, name and phone number in the email.
What is the returns policy?

Returns and exchange: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Send returns to: Bassline Takeover ltd 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX Please include a note advising what you would like to exchange the item for. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.   There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery   Refunds (if applicable)  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.   Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Digital item policy

For digital ticket downloads there are no refunds available once they have been received. Should the download fail we will allow additional downloads free of charge. Please be aware, that Bassline Takeover’s refund policy is as follows: face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is canelled or postponed as agreed before purchase. We're sorry, but these are the rules set by our event promoters. All online event tickets are non-refundable. You may be able to transfer your ticket to another event, subject to availability. This was greed to upon purchase. If your reasoning falls outside of this policy, then we best advise you to... Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter an event?

Yes! Mobile tickets are downloaded directly to your phone as a PDF file via email or text/whatsapp message.
Can I have a refund/cancel my ticket(s)?

I'm worried about my phone service when trying to access my ticket, what do I do?

Your ticket has you covered. We will have the ticket name holder on our door list. Also your ticket is automatically saved so it's always ready to be scanned, even in offline mode.
What if my phone breaks, dies or is lost/stolen before I arrive?

If you lose your phone, have a cracked screen, or run out of battery - don't worry. Simply visit the ticketing staff at the venue upon arrival. Have your ID and order number ready and you'll be issued a ticket.
