Returns and exchange: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For digital ticket downloads there are no refunds available once they have been received. Should the download fail we will allow additional downloads free of charge. Yes! Mobile tickets are downloaded directly to your phone as a PDF file via email or text/whatsapp message.

Your ticket has you covered. We will have the ticket name holder on our door list. Also your ticket is automatically saved so it's always ready to be scanned, even in offline mode.

If you lose your phone, have a cracked screen, or run out of battery - don't worry. Simply visit the ticketing staff at the venue upon arrival. Have your ID and order number ready and you'll be issued a ticket.
